摘要
为寻求一种治疗胫腓骨双段骨折的有效方法，对孟氏半环形外固定器加以改良， 应用小切口直视下复位， 用骨圆针及锥形螺纹钉分别固定３ 个骨折段。经１２ 例应用观察，骨折愈合时间平均１２ 周， 功能恢复优达８３ ％ ，良１７ ％ 。力学测试及临床观察结果表明，该固定器符合弹性固定原则，固定效果可靠，能加速骨折愈合及关节功能恢复。
In order to seek an effective therapy for double segmental fibulotibial fracture, the authors modified Mengs semi ring external fixator and used it to treat 12 cases by under direct visit and through small incision reduction and ossious pin and conoid screw fixation of 3 segments of fracture. The follow up and observation showed that the average time for fracture healing was 12 weeks, the excellent rate of functional recovery was 83%, and the good one was 17 %. The mechanical test and clinical observation revealed that according with the elastic fixation principle, the fixator could provide a reliable fixation, and thus speed up fracture healing and joint functional recovery.
