摘要
目的研究抗平喘滴丸的制备工艺。方法在单因素考察基础上,以正交设计试验研究抗平喘滴丸的成型工艺。结果最佳成型工艺为药物组合物与基质比例为1∶2.5,药液温度为85℃,滴速为40滴/m in,冷却剂温度为(15±5)℃。结论由最佳工艺制备所得的滴丸硬度、圆整度和重量差异均符合要求。
Purpose To optimize the preparation process of antiasthmatic dropping pills.Methods The processing technology was chosen by orthogonal decision based on the investigation of single affecting factor.Results The optimal processing technology was as follows:the ratio of drug mixtures to PEG was 1∶2.5,the temperature of drug liquid was 85,the dropping velocity was 40 drops per minute and the temperature of coolant liquid was(15±5).Conclusion The dropping pills prepared through optimal technology had good hardness,roundness and weight difference.
