紫杉醇联合四君子汤对鼻咽癌荷瘤鼠的疗效研究

Experimental study of Paclitaxel and Sijunzi Decoction therapeutics in NPC model

目的研究紫杉醇联合四君子汤对鼻咽癌模型小鼠的治疗效果。方法测量肿瘤体积,血细胞计数;放射免疫分析法测定血清介质含量。结果紫杉醇联合四君子汤具有明显的抑制肿瘤生长的作用;与单用紫杉醇组比较,四君子汤可以增强紫杉醇的抗肿瘤作用,并降低紫杉醇免疫抑制的副作用。结论紫杉醇与四君子汤合用可增强抗肿瘤作用,且和增强机体免疫调节功能有关。

Purpose To study the therapeutic effect of Paclitaxel and Sijunzi Decoction in the NPC model.Methods To measure tumor size,blood counts and serum antibody by radioimmunoassay media.Results Paclitaxel and Sijunzi Decoction soup inhibited tumor growth.Compared with Paclitaxel alone,Paclitaxel combined Sijunzi Decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce the side effects of Paclitaxel.Conclusion The combination of paclitaxel and Sijunzi Decoction can enhanced therapeutic effect,and is related with enhancing the immune function.
