摘要
光谱指纹防伪纤维是一种新型功能纤维,为促进该纤维的产品开发,本文选取稀土铝酸锶、几种不同种类的聚合物和无机透明色料为主要原料,制备了光谱指纹纤维样品,借助SEM、XRD及荧光分光光度计等仪器,对其制备方法和防伪原理进行了研究。结果表明:采用熔融纺丝工艺制备光谱指纹纤维是一种可行的方法;不同原料配方制得的光谱指纹纤维在特定的激发光作用下具有不同的发光谱线,类似于人的指纹,具有唯一性,在原材料配方保密的情况下,很难被破译或仿制,因此,通过检测其发光谱线特征判别产品的真伪,具有很高的防伪力度。
Spectrum-fingerprint anti-counterfeiting fiber is a novel functional fiber.To further promote the development of this fiber,several fiber samples were prepared using strontium aluminate,several kinds of polymer and inorganic transparent pigment as raw materials.The manufacturing technique and security principle of spectrum-fingerprint fiber were discussed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results showed that the melt-spinning process is a feasible manufacturing method.Different spectrum-fingerprint fibers have different emission spectral lines when excited with specific exciting light in respect of wavelength and intensity of emission,which are different from one to another,just like the fingerprint of human beings,and hard to be deciphered and counterfeited in the case of confidentiality of raw materials formula.Therefore,by detecting the emission spectral line the product identity is discriminated.This fiber has a higher anti-counterfeiting effect.
