摘要
为将多色经提花织锦设计技术应用到高密度经显色丝绸织锦数码化设计中,在分析西方多色经棉型提花织锦及高密度中国纬显色丝绸织锦的结构设计方法和产品技术特点的基础上,结合现代数码设计技术,提出了高密度多色经提花丝织物的数码化设计方案。在该方案中,以织物色彩表达和组织结构设计为重点,在满足交织平衡的技术要求前提下,使用经显色技术和数码设计方法,将显色组织按表、中、里层分别设计之后再进行组合,得到的组织能有效展现数码图案的色彩及织纹效果,可为经显色丝绸产品的数码化设计提供技术参考。
A digital design method of high density multicolored-warp jacquard silk brocade is proposed based on analysis of the structures and technological characteristics of both Western multicolored warp jacquard cotton brocade and Chinese high density weft color development silk brocade in combination with modern digital design technology in order to apply the design technology of multicolored warp jacquard silk brocade to the digital design of high density warp color development silk brocade.In this design method,the key lies in fabric color presentation and fabric weave design.On the premise of satisfying the technical requirement of interweaving balance,we use warp color development technology and digital design method to conduct the design of color development separately for the three parts,i.e.,face weave,backing weave and stitching weave,and then make combination of them.The resultant fabric weave is capable of effectively displaying digital and woven patterns.This study provides a technical reference for the digital design of warp color development silk products.
