摘要
基于涤纶分散染料染色的理论分析,通过结构设计和组分优化,制备了环保型低温染色促进剂的主要成分ALE-F,并对ALE-F的乳化方法进行研究,开发了专用的乳化技术,即以非离子表面活性剂600-3#、EL-10以及阴离子表面活性剂AES为主要成分,制备专用复合乳化剂DT-1,并用质量分数为6%的DT-1对ALE-F进行乳化,制得稳定的高内相比乳液(HIPE)即涤纶低温染色促进剂BLB。染色实验表明,在染浴中添加2%(o.w.f)的BLB,可以在105℃的条件下使高中低温型分散染料对涤纶的上染率均达到95%以上,并具有良好的染色牢度。
Based on the theoretical analysis on disperse dyeing of polyester fiber by structure design and components optimization,an environmental-friendly aromatic ester ALE-F was prepared,which showed excellent accelerating effect for low temperature dyeing.Emulsifying method of ALE-F was researched and developed,that is,specific composite emulsifier DT-1 was prepared with non-ionic surfactants 600-3#,EL-10 and anionic surfactant AES,then emulsifying of ALE-F was conducted with 6% specific emulsifier DT-1,thus obtained high internal phase emulsifies,i.e.,low temperature dyeing accelerator BLB.The dyeing tests indicated that,adding 2% BLB(o.w.f) into the dyeing bath with dye concentration of 1%(o.w.f),the dye uptake of all three types of disperse dyes(high,middle and low temperature suitable) can exceed 95% at 105 ℃,and good color fastness is achieved as well.
