摘要 运行中汽轮机叶片断裂飞落事故时有发生,快速精确地计算和诊断叶片的脱落位置和质量非常关键.为解决该问题,提出了根据运行中汽轮发电机组叶片脱落前后的振动监测信号特征,利用谐分量法及力平移原理,建立单平面质量飞落分析模型对汽轮机叶片飞脱进行定位分析,推导出叶片脱落的轴向位置和质量计算公式,并利用该公式诊断某电厂600 MW超临界4号机组的突发振动,诊断分析的计算结果与开缸检修结果完全一致. Blade fracture occur frequently during turbine operation,which will threat the safety of turbine-generator unit,so it is very important to determine both the position and the mass of fall-off pieces through precise calculation and rapid diagnosis.To solve this problem,an analysis model based on single-plane balance is proposed,according to vibration monitoring signals pre post turbine blade fracture,using harmonic component method and the principle of force translation,with which calculation formulae are derived for determination of axial location and mass of fall-off pieces.The formulae have been used for a 600MW super-critical power unit to diagnose the emergency vibration fault.Results show that the diagnoses agree well with actual fault conditions found during overhaul.
