法国遣返罗姆人事件对欧洲社会的影响被引量：1

摘要法国遣返罗姆人事件既有复杂的历史背景,也有深刻的现实原因。罗姆人问题在欧洲不仅长期存在,并且将来可能更为突出。但根据民族主义的族群-象征主义方法分析,欧洲罗姆人问题既不可能出现具有革命意识形态的破坏性的民族主义,甚至也不能有效地动员起来提出明确的政治诉求。另一方面,欧洲已经存在完善而有效的制度途径,使罗姆人在制度框架内和平有序地主张其利益诉求。因此,罗姆人问题不会对欧洲的政治和一体化进程造实质性的影响。
