利用系统动力学模型研究土地政策宏观调控机制

Study on Macro-control System of Land Policy by Using System Dynamics Model

首先,从宏观调控经济政策的一般目标出发,分析并指出了土地政策宏观调控的中间目标。如,土地资源的有效利用、维护土地利用的社会公平性、保持土地市场价格稳定等。随后,利用系统动力学理论和工具,构建了土地政策宏观调控的整体系统模型和子系统模型。其中,子系统模型包括土地供应子系统、经济增长子系统和物价子系统。最后,通过这些模型进行分析,以期揭示土地政策宏观调控的内在机制。

At first,this paper introduced and analyzed the general goals of macro-control for economic policy,and the middle goal of macro-control for land policy was pointed out,such as effective utilization of land resources,maintaining social equity of land use,keeping stable price of land market and etc..Then,integrated system model and sub-system model of macro-control for land policy were constructed by using theories and tools of system dynamics,in which sub-system model included sub-systems of land supply,economic growth and price.In the end,in order to reveal the inner mechanism of macro-control for land policy,some analyses were conducted by using these models.
