重金属铅胁迫对小白菜种子萌发的影响

Influence of Pb Stress on Seed Germination of Chinese Cabbage

为探明小白菜(Chinese cabbage L.)种子在重金属铅胁迫下的萌发情况,通过试验研究了不同浓度的醋酸铅对小白菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度(0.1 mmol/L)时,铅对小白菜种子的萌发有促进作用;超过一定浓度(>1.5 mmol/L)后,小白菜种子的萌发受到显著抑制。此外,铅胁迫对胚根生长的抑制作用最大,对发芽率的抑制作用最小。

In order to determine the situation of seed germination of Chinese cabbage under Pb stress,the influence of different concentrations of lead acetate on seed germination of Chinese cabbage.The results showed that low concentration of lead acetate（0.1 mmol/L） had promoting effect on seed germination of Chinese cabbage;when concentration of lead acetate over 1.5 mmol/L,the seed germination of Chinese cabbage was inhibited significantly;Pb stress had the highest inhibitory effect on radicel growth and the lowest inhibitory effect on germination rate.
