摘要
以大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、枯草杆菌、白念球菌、鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、猪丹毒丝菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌为受试菌,采用杯碟法测定乌桕叶水提取物和醇提取物对各种病原菌的抑菌活性,并用二倍稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,两种提取液对猪丹毒丝菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌的抑制作用不灵敏,而对其余受试菌的抑制作用明显,尤其对鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌和变形杆菌的抑菌活性最强,且醇提液的作用大于水提液。乌桕叶水提液对鸡白痢沙门氏杆菌和变形杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.1 g/mL,醇提液为0.05 g/mL。
The antibacterial activities of aqueous extract and ethanol extract from leaves of Sapium sebiferum on Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans,Salmonella pullorum,Staphylococcus aureus,Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae and Pasteurella multocida were determined by using oxford cup method and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was detected by double dilution method.The results showed that both kinds of extracts all had insensitive antibacterial effects on Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae and Pasteurella multocida,while had obvious antibacterial effects on other bacteria,especially had the strongest antibacterial effects on Salmonella pullorum and Proteus vulgaris.The antibacterial effect of ethanol extract was better than that of aqueous extract.The MIC of aqueous extract and ethanol extract on Salmonella pullorum and Proteus vulgaris was 0.1 g/mL and 0.05 g/mL,respectively.
