摘要
通过还原力、清除超氧阴离子自由基、清除羟自由基和抑制H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血实验对香菇多糖(WPLT)和褐蘑菇多糖(WPPA)分级醇沉物的抗氧化性的研究,对醇沉分级香菇多糖(WPLT)和褐蘑菇多糖(WPPA)体外抗氧化能力进行了评价。结果表明,WPLT30、WPLT50、WPLT80、WPPA30、WPPA50和WPPA80具有较强的还原能力,对.O2-和.OH具有较强的清除作用;对H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血及MDA生成有很强的抑制作用;抗氧化能力从强到弱依次是WPPA80>WPPA50>WPLT80>WPPA30>WPLT30>WPLT50。WPPA80清除.O2-和.OH的能力和抑制H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血和MDA生成的能力最强I,C50分别为:516.2、319.5、426.6、352.2μg/mL。说明WPLT30、WPLT50、WPLT80、WPPA30、WPPA50和WPPA80在一定浓度范围内具有较强的抗氧化能力。
The antioxidant effects of rating water soluble polysaccharides by alcohol from Lentinula edodes Tricholomataceae(WPLT) and portabella mushroom Agaricus bisporus(WPPA) were studied and evaluated by in vitro four different experiments: measuring reducing power,eliminating superoxide anion free radical,eliminating hydroxyl free radical,inhibiting mice erythrocyte hemolysis and lipid peroxidation MDA induced by H2O2.The results showed that multiple antioxidant activities of WPLT30,WPLT50,WPLT80,WPPA30,WPPA50 and WPPA80 were evidenced by their significant reducing power,notable scavenging abilities on ·O2-and ·OH and obvious inhibiting activity on mice erythrocyte hemolysis and formation of MDA induced by H2O2.The descending order of antioxidant activities of them was as follows: WPPA80WPPA50WPLT80WPPA30WPLT30WPLT50.WPPA80 had the strongest ability on scavenging ·O2-and ·OH and inhibiting mice erythrocyte hemolysis and formation of MDA induced by H2O2,its IC50 was 516.2,319.5,426.6 and 352.2 μg/mL,respectively.The results proved that WPLT30,WPLT50,WPLT80,WPPA30,WPPA50 and WPPA80 had stronger antioxidant ability in a certain range of concentration.
