摘要
以花生油为油相、无水乙醇为助乳化剂,吐温80作为乳化剂制备空白微乳,通过伪三元相图的比较对配方进行最佳空白微乳选择,并通过紫外可见分光光度法考察微乳体系对蜂胶的增溶效果。结果表明,微乳体系中蜂胶的溶解度为19.24mg/mL,是水中溶解度的33倍,油中溶解度的14倍,达到微乳体系对蜂胶的增溶目的。
An O/W microemulsion was developed that consists of non-ionic surfactant Tween 80,cosurfactant ethanol and peanut oil as oil phase.The best ratio of microemulsion system was developed with pseudo-temary phase diagram.By the method of UV spectrophotometry scenery,the solubility of rutin and propolis in the O/W microemulsion system was investigated.The results showed that in the O/W microemulsion system the solubility of rutin was 19.24mg/mL which was 33 times in the water,and 14 times in the oil.
