A Knowledge Reflection on Technological Risk for Constructing a New Political Culture

风险社会理论的提出预示着人类进入一种不确定的生存状态,它是由我们自己创造的科学技术所造成的。反思技术风险,就是对现代性的反思,它是一个涉及知识、政治等的系统工程。防范技术应该在知识的建构中来防范,技术风险应该在新政治文化的建构中来规避。

The social theory of risk raised in our age predicts that the human being has entered an uncertain living state,which is caused by the science and technology that are created by ourselves.Reflection on the technology is a reconsideration on modernity which is a system engineering concerning knowledge,politics and so on.Technological prevention from social risk must be established on knowledge construction,and the technological risk should be avoided during the construction of a new political culture.
