教师培育的观念转变研究

摘要 我国的新课程改革对教师教育中教学观念的培养提出了更高的要求。文章从观念转变理论的视角出发,通过问卷和访谈,调查教师观念现状、转变的机制及其影响因素,找出我国教师教育中存在的问题,并探讨改进的路径。
