摘要
随着《京都议定书》的签订以及环保意识的提高,SF_6的应用越来越受到人类担忧,其限制使用必将成为电气行业的发展趋势。为在40.5 kV C-GIS中避免使用SF_6气体,在目前中压C-GIS中采取的少用或完全避免使用SF_6的方法上,提出一种改进设计气体间隙和界面绝缘水平的方法,实现以低压力氮气作为气体绝缘介质并完全替代SF_6气体的设计。开发了1种三相共箱式40.5 kV-1250 A充低压力氮气的C-GIS样机,同样具有SF_6气体绝缘开关柜占有空间小的优点,验证了此发展概念的可行性。
With the subscription of Kyoto Protocol and mind improvement of the environment protection, people pay increasingly anxious to SF6 gas applications, and its application restriction will definitely becomes the tendency of developing in electrical industry. In order to avoid of SF6 in 40.5 kV C-GIS, a design method for gas gap and interface insulation improvement has been proposed, SF6 replaced by low-pressure N2 as the insulation gas on the basis of less or non SF6 experiments in the current MV C-GIS. A 40.5 kV-1 250 A 3 phase in one tank C-GIS prototype filling low pressure N2 is developed which has the same advantages of less space occupation as SF6 C- GIS, and the feasibility of this developing concept is validated.
