摘要
研究了以尿素,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和木粉作为致孔剂对聚氨酯微孔膜透湿性能、力学性能、吸湿性能、孔隙率以及微孔结构的影响。结果表明,加入致孔剂后的聚氨酯微孔膜透湿性能最高可达到1876.81 g.mm/(m2.24h),比未处理的聚氨酯提高了315%。综合考虑各种影响因素之后,尿素和木粉作致孔剂的效果较好。
Carbamide,polyvinylpyrrolidone and wood flour were used as porogens.The effect of different porogens on the moisture permeability,mechanical properties,hygroscopic property and microporous structure of polyurethane microporous films were studied.The results indicated that the highest moisture permeability of polyurethane films reached 1876.809 g·mm/(m2·24 h) after addition of porogens,and comparing with the common industrial polyurethane microporous films it increased by 316%.After considering various influence factors,the optimum porogens were carbamide and wood flour.
