摘要
测定了1398蛋白酶和胰酶及其复配酶制剂在20℃、pH 7.5下的活力。通过浸水獭兔皮的水分含量、蛋白质含量(TP)、感官性能测试以及成品皮物理力学性能确定出最佳酶配方。结果显示:复配酶具有明显的协同作用,50%1398酶+50%胰酶制备的复合酶用于浸水工艺能得到充水度高、皮板清洁柔软、毛被坚牢度好且易于揭里的的浸水皮。
In this paper,1398-protease and trypsin were combined in different ratio in the soaking process of beaver rabbit skin.The activity of the proteases were measured under the conditions of 20 ℃ and pH 7.2.The optimum mixed enzymatic preparation is determined by testing the moisture content,total protein(TP) and organoleptic properties of the skins.The results indicated that compund enzyme has significant synergistic effect,and the mixture of 50% 1398-protease and 50% trypsin was used in soaking process producing high water-filled,clean and soft dermatotome,durable fleece and easy fleshing operation.
