Sustainable infrastructure is a basic condition for the development of small towns,which is also the important guarantee for the function of small towns linking urban and rural,coordinating urbanization and new rural construction.Based on defining the connotation of sustainable supply and revealing practical difficulties in sustainable supply of infrastructure in small towns,this article analyzes the influence impacts of sustainability from supply and demand in the urban-rural integrating process,puts forward concepts to promote the sustainable supply of infrastructure in small towns from function orientation of small towns,scientific planning,public finance,sweeping rural development driven by prosperity in cities,independent supply and institution construction.
