摘要
本文针对高校图书馆数字资源建设过程中经费有限的状况,根据用户对数字资源依赖性强的特点,分析了数字资源建设发展中,节节攀升的数字信息资源投入的边际效用,提出了如何在资金有限的条件下实现数字资源建设效用的优化配置。
Aiming at limited budget situations of digital resources construction in university libraries,according to high users dependence on digital resources,this thesis analyzes the marginal utility of uptick investment of digital resources construction and development,in order to explore how to get the optimized utility of digital resources construction under limited funding conditions.
