摘要
用面罩代替鼻管使家兔进行限氧呼吸,以心电为指标,可以较好的测定其耐急性低氧能力。测定表明:异丙肾上腺素和咖啡因沿左侧心包经、心经和肺经涂皮处理,不但不降低,反而显著提高机体耐急性低氧能力。这一作用可能是通过联系体表与内脏的经脉渠道实现的。
Instead of nasal tube, the mask was used for the oxygen restriction breathing in rabbits, with the index of EKG, the acute hypoxia tolerence was tested. The result showed that, the infriction with isuprel and caffeine on the skin along the left pericardium meridian, heart meridian and lung meridian could obviously enhance the acute hypoxia tolerence. The effect is brought about through the connection of meridians between the body surface and internal organs.
