摘要
运用静态应变测量法研究林如高杉木小夹板等4种材料小夹板固定下的应力遮挡问题。结果显示:在轴向拉力加弯曲力矩作用下,林氏杉木小夹板应力遮挡为28.35%。在扭矩作用下,应力遮挡为23.53%。在本组4种材料中小夹板最小。表明林氏杉木小夹板能有效地降低应力遮挡,促进骨折愈合。
With the method of static strain measurement, the stress blocking under the fixation of four different kinds of small splint has been studied. The result indicates that, under the effect of axial pulling force and winding force, the stress blocking of Lin's fir small splint is 28.35%, while that under the effect of turning force is 23.53%. For the stress blocking in four groups with different material, the small splint with fir is the smallest. It indicates that the Lin's fir small splint can effectively reduce the stress blocking and promote the union of fracture.
