牛磺酸对蛋雏鸭生长性能和血糖血脂的影响

Effects of taurine on growth performance and serum glucose and lipid in egg-type duckling

试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的牛磺酸对笼养蛋雏鸭生长性能和血糖血脂的影响。采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选用1日龄健康、体重相近金定蛋鸭240只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸭。每个处理饲粮中分别依次添加0%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的牛磺酸,试验期4周。结果表明:饲粮中添加0.10%牛磺酸可显著提高雏鸭的平均日增重、料重比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.20%牛磺酸极显著降低了血清中总胆固醇浓度(TC)(P<0.01),显著降低了血清中甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)的浓度(P<0.05)。由此得出,添加适宜水平的牛磺酸可显著改善雏鸭的生长性能,并在一定程度上降低血糖血脂。

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different taurine levels on growth performance and serum glucose,serum lipid in egg-type duckings.A totle of 240 one-day-old Jin-ding ducks were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments with six replicates,and each replicate contained eight ducks.All the egg-ducks were fed corn-soybean meal basal diets without fish meal supplemented with 0 %,0.05 %,0.10 %,0.15 % and 0.20 % taurine,respectively.Experimental period was four weeks.The results were as follows： supplementation of 0.10 % taurine significantly improved average daily gain,and reduced the ratio of feed to gain（P 0.05）;Compared with the control group,the group adding with 0.20 % taurine,the content of total cholesterol in serum had a statistically significant improvement（P 0.01）,the content of triglyceride and glucose decreased significantly（P 0.05）.In conclusion,adding with suitable level of taurine could significantly improve the growth performance,and to some extent,regulating serum glucose and serum lipid in egg-type ducklings.
