This paper first introduces the definition of professionalization and analyzes the differences between professionalization and specialization and the relations between professionalization and university students. Then it proposes that university library should strengthen the professional management for university student librarians and should promote this management to the level of talents training and technique training. Finally, it discusses the ways that university libraries carry on the career management of university student librarians. 8 refs.
