摘要
分布式电源并网会带给配电网多方面的影响,为衡量不同地理位置的多台分布式电源并网方案的(可靠性)效益-成本,将全寿命周期成本的概念引入配电网中。依据LCC的概念,通过计算不同分布式电源并网方案的投资成本、维护成本、设备残值,以及基于可靠性的平均停电损失费用,求得不同方案下的量化成本,并给出对应算例加以验证。
A wide range of effects will be brought into power grid when the distributed generations connect to the grid.A new manner which introduces the idea of life cycle cost(LCC) into the distribution network to measure the(reliability) benefit-cost of multiple distributed generations at different geographic locations is proposed.Based on the concept of LCC,the optimal solution of different grid-connected plan of distributed generations is obtained according to the calculation of the investment costs,maintenance costs,salvage value of equipment and the average interruption costs,and the relevant examples are given.
