黄芩酚性甙预防放射性皮肤损伤的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study on Scutellaria Βaicalensis Georgi Glycoside with Ρhenolic Ηydroxyl Preventing Skin from Radiodermatitis

摘要 为了预防放射性皮肤损伤,1998年4月~1998年11月,将从黄芩中分离出的黄芩酚性甙类(GSBG)应用于接受钴60治疗机γ射线照射的鼻咽癌病人。随机分为观察组和对照组,结果显示GSBG具有明显的预防放射性皮肤损伤的作用。两组病人放射野损伤程度比较,统计学差异有非常显著意义(P<001),提高了病人的生活质量,减轻了病人的痛苦,保证了放疗的顺利进行。 In order to prevent radiation injury o f skin, from Apr. 1998 to Nov. 1998,GSBG which is extracted from Scutellaria b aicalensis Georgi was applied to treat patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma ir radiated by cobalt60 r rays. The patients were randomly divided into treated g roup and controlled group. The result showed that GSBG can obviously reduce radi ation damage to the skin. Statastically, there was very significant difference i n the degree of radiation injury of skin between two groups(P<001). As the result,the quality of patient's live was i mproved, the suffering of patients was decreased,and the proceeding of radiother apy was guaranteed to go on smoothly.
