急性心肌梗塞恢复期病人家属需求的研究

A Study on Needs of Families with Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients during Their Rehabilitation

本研究采用访谈法，对１５１例急性心肌梗塞恢复期病人家属需求进行问卷调查。研究发现：家属各项需求均分最低为２４２，其中，位次较高的是医护人员对病人精心治疗与护理以及信息需求，有关家属自身的需求项目的位次较低。总体上，家属需求被满足程度较低，仅为２４８４％。

This study was conducted at five teach ing hospitals. Patients(n=151) who were diagnosed with AMI and their familie s (n =151) served as the subjects in this study. Interview and questionnaire methods were used in the third day to two weeks after patients had been transferred from CCU to cardiovascular ward. The results of this study showed that: All the mean scores of needs were more than 2.42. The needs that were highly ranked were high quality of care received from hospital personnel and information needs. Th e needs that were ranked less important were concerns about families. The le vel of needs being met was very low. Generally, only 24.84% of needs reported by the families were met.
