摘要
在新型工业化背景下,中国的经济增长并没有显著促进就业增长,政府的就业促进功能也没有得到很好发挥,物质资本对就业增长的促进效率还需提高。显著影响中国就业增长的因素有出口比率、投资比率、人力资本、城镇化、第二产业占国民生产总值的比重、技术进步,这些因素对就业增长有不同的影响机理。在后金融危机时期,需要结合就业影响因素采取以产业结构升级推进就业增长的新思路,通过全方位调整促进产业升级,最终达到就业和经济的协调增长。
There are many significant factors affecting the employment growth in China in new industrialization,and those factors are export ratio,investment ratio,human capital,urbanization,the secondary industry share of GDP,technological progress.Economic growth could not promote employment growth significantly,or the function of government employment promotion did not play very well while the efficiency of physical capital employment creation needed to be improved.China should take the new idea that China upgrades the industrial structure to promote employment growth after the financial crisis,and China will eventually achieve the coordination of employment and economic growth.
