摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定午餐肉罐头中镉的含量,结果表明,所测样品中镉的含量为4.6μg/kg,该方法简单、快速、准确度高,适用于午餐肉中镉含量的测定。
In this paper,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the cadmium content in canned luncheon meat.The result showed that the measured cadmium content in the sample was 4.6 ug/kg.This method is simple,rapid and of high accuracy for determination of cadmium content in canned luncheon meat.
