摘要
追求效益是护理工作的最终目标。把价值理念运用于护理工作中可以充分发挥医院的社会效益和经济效益,提高医院的竞争能力。本文对价值工程在医院护理管理工作中的运用进行了阐述。
The pursuit of efficiency is the ultimate goal of nursing. Using values idea in the nursing work of the hospital can fully play the social and economic benefits and improve the competitiveness of the hospital. In this paper, the application of value engineering in nursing management work of hospital is described.
