摘要
我国是世界上第三大石油进口国,大量进口石油的的同时,我国的石油运输能力却也在主要依赖进口运输船队,如何拥有我国自已的运输市场,本文进行了论述。
China is the world＇s third largest oil importer. When importing a large number of oil, China＇s oil transportation capacity mainly depends on the import transport fleet. This paper discussed on how to have our own transport market.
