本文简单阐述了航空业人为因素研究的发展历史,近现代人为因素研究的理论基础,重点概括总结了航空器维修生产中人为因素的表现及其诱因,并尝试分析了在航空公司建立一套适用于整个维修系统的人为因素管理系统的可能性。
This paper briefly discusses the history of the study of human factors in aviation industry, the theoretical basis for the factors in Modern Times, focuses on summing up the performance and the incentives of human factors in production of aircraft maintenance, and tries to analyze the possibility of establishing a human factors management system that can apply to the entire maintenance system.
