摘要
在工程实施过程中,如何杜绝新建商品房楼板的裂缝,是不少房地产企业的一块心病。笔者经过多年的实践,对住宅工程裂缝产生的原因作了分析,同时提出了行之有效的防治办法。
In the implementation process of project, how to prevent the cracks in new housing flour is a heart disease of many real estate companies. After years of practice, the author analyzed the causes of cracks of housing projects, and proposed an effective prevention method.
