省域现代远程开放大学应用BSC的可行性分析——以A省为例

Feasibility Analysis of Using BSC of Provincial Modern Distance Open University:Taking A Province as an Example

目前,BSC作为一种系统性战略管理工具,在国外高等教育机构有着较为成功的应用。本文以A省现代远程开放大学为例,对应用BSC的可行性进行分析,明确BSC管理战略的框架思路以及需要注意的问题,以期推动开放大学的建设与管理。

At present, BSC, as a tool of strategic management, is applied by foreign high education institution successfully. This essay takes Modern Distance Open University of A province as an example, analyzes the application feasibility of using BSC, clears the frame and mentality of management strategy of using BSC and problems need attention, in order to pushing forward the development and management of Open University.
