Histology, which is an important basic course of medical education, is a basic subject that research body structure and related function from microcosmic. The teaching objective is not only to impart knowledge and improve students＇ experimental ability, but also to cultivate students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems. Combining with working experience, the article presents how to do well histology experimental class and improve teaching quality, to improve students＇ enthusiasm and initiative and hand working ability.
