摘要
高校的管理体制,就其本质而言,它体现为权力在管理的各阶层和高校内各个不同利益群体间的分配,以及它们相互间的权力作用关系,也就是制度管理。然而,怎样才能在这种作用关系中形成一种良好的体制和理想的管理结果,一直是人们探讨的话题。在本文中,笔者对高校学生管理中遇到的问题进行剖析,提出了一些建设性的意见和建议。
Management mechanism of college reflects right＇s distribution in various management stratums and different interest group of colleges, and their inter-power function relation i.e. systematic management. However, how to form a good mechanism and desired management result in this interrelationship is always people＇s hot topic. In this paper, the author analyzed the problems in student management of college, and put forward some constructive suggestions.
