弗洛伊德作为精神分析学的创始人,把心理学的研究带入了人的深层精神世界,随着其研究内容的拓宽以及他不懈的努力,使得精神分析的方法应用到哲学、社会学、伦理学等人文学科的各个领域中。本文仅就弗洛伊德的人格理论在人本管理中的应用进行简单介绍。

As the founder of psychoanalysis, Freud introduced the study of psychology to man＇s deep spiritual world, and along with the broadening of his research contents as well as his tireless efforts, the methods of psychoanalysis was widely applied in the fields of humanities, such as philosophy, sociology and ethics, etc. This paper simply introduced Freud＇s personality theory in humanistic management.
