浅论湖泊保护的对策与措施——以港口湾水库为例

Brief Discussion on Countermeasures of Lakes Protection:Taking Port Bay Reservioir as an Example

本文通过对湖泊特点及地位的分析与讨论,阐述了湖泊保护对于实现湖泊可持续发展的重要性。并以港口湾水库为例,对其区位条件及水环境现状进行分析,提出了育水培源,保林护林、造林、育林、砂防、治山等措施;以湖水治理、污水源治理、湖内水质治理等湖泊保护的对策为分析基础,指出了港口湾水库以生态旅游为方向,以科学规划为前提,以行政管理为手段,以公众参与为保障,以生态湖泊为目标的综合治理对策,对于保证港口湾水库旅游业的可持续发展进行了借鉴性的思考。

Through analyzing and discussing the characteristics and status of lakes, this thesis described the importance of lakes protection for achieving sustainable development of lakes. And taking Port Bay Reservoir as an example, its geographic conditions and the status of water environment were analyzed, and the measures of maintaining water, protecting forest and so on were put forward. Based on analyzing the countermeasures of lakes protection, such as governing lake water, sewage-source and water quality in lake, the thesis pointed out comprehensive control measures that Port Bay Reservoir should take coo-tourism as the direction, scientific planning as the prerequisite, administration as means, public participation as indemnity and ecological lakes as objective, which conducted think on reference to ensure the sustainable development of tourism of Port Bay Reservoir.
