大型桥架结构振动模态预报

摘要 疏浚硬质海底岩石的需求使大型绞吸挖泥船桥架的振动问题日益突出,有必要对桥架结构进行振动模态预报并作出优化设计探讨。利用MSC.NASTRAN对两艘能够疏浚一定强度岩石但绞刀功率不同的绞吸挖泥船桥架结构进行了振动模态预报和比较分析。基于振动模态预报结果对桥架结构避振设计进行了探讨。所得结果为研发具有更大绞刀切削功率、疏浚更高强度岩石的超大型绞吸挖泥船桥架结构提供了参考依据。 As the large cutter suction dredger are dredging hard rocks under the seabed, the vibration problem of the bridge ladder, as an important construction equipment for the cutter suction dredger, becomes more and more prominent. It is necessary to predict vibration modes of the bridge strucure and to make optimization design research. By using MSC.NASTRAN, the vibration mode prediction and a comparative analysis for two cutter suction dredger bridge structures with different cutter powers are performed .Based on the vibration mode prediction results, optimization design research on anti-vibration is performed. The results can provide reference for developing advanced super cutter suction dredger bridge structure with bigger cutting power and the ability of dredging higher intensity rock.
