基于体系作战信息化管理人才培养的几点思考

Some Thinking about the Cultivation of Talents of Informationalization Management of Information-system-based Operations

信息化管理人才是制约基于体系作战信息管理能力建设的瓶颈。培养一批具有较高信息管理能力的人才队伍．是当前军队基于体系作战信息管理能力建设亟待解决的重要问题。该文从信息化管理人才的培养理念、培养规划、培养体系和培养途径等方面，探讨了基于体系作战信息化管理人才培养的措施。

The talents of informationalization management are the bottlenecks which restrict the capability building of informationalization management of information-system-based operations. At present, for our military, to cultivate talents possessing high-level capabilities of informationalization management is a very important problem badly in need of solution in the course of building the capability of informationalization management of information-system-based operations. By discussing the training concept, training plan, training system and training methods concerning about the talents of informationalization management, this paper put forth some measures for cultivating the talents of informationalization management of information-system -based operations.
