摘要
随着基因功能的深入研究,构建表达载体是研究各基因的功能及其相互关系的第一步。近年来涌现的多种同源重组介导的高效克隆策略极大地方便了载体的构建。简要综述了同源重组介导的克隆方法的研究进展,及其在载体构建中的应用。
With the function of genes become one of the most iocused research areas, construction ot expression vector is the first step of study the genes＇ function and their relationship. Many recombination based cloning methods have been developed to facilitate the process of the vector construction. This paper briefly reviews the progress of recombination based cloning methods and their application in the construction of vector.
