摘要
随着疟疾抗药性的升高,新药的研制迫在眉睫。研究发现抗生素对疟疾有一定的预防和治疗效果,与抗疟药物的联合应用效果更好。本文对阿奇霉素、克林霉素、强力霉素、诺氟沙星和甲硝唑与抗疟药配伍对疟疾的预防和治疗研究进行了综述。
Research on new drugs is in urgent need as malaria has developed resistance to anti-malaria drugs.Research has proven that antibiotics are effective in the prevention and treatment of malaria and more effective when used with anti-malaria drugs.This essay reviews prevention and treatment through the combined use of anti-malaria drugs and certain antibiotics such as azithromycin,clindamycin,doxycycline,norfloxacin,and metronidazole.
