摘要
采用PBL教学法与LBL教学法,对2009级临床医学专业学生的《病原生物学》课程教学进行对比研究。PBL组细菌学、病毒学、寄生虫学各部分和总成绩分数均明显高于LBL组,PBL组及格率也明显高于LBL组。PBL教学法应用于《病原生物学》教学过程,有利于学生多种能力的培养,教学效果显著。
Problem-based learning(PBL) and lecture-based learning(LBL) were used to teach pathogen biology to students in the Class of 2009 who were specializing in clinical medicine.The effectiveness of the two approaches was then compared.In terms of exam performance,the PBL group did better than the LBL group in each section,including bacteriology,virology,and parasitology,and in overall scores.The PBL group also had a much higher passing rate.PBL had a positive effect on exam performance and attitudes of students specializing in clinical medicine during their instruction in pathogen biology at a vocational school.
