观察增血汤联合生血散中药方对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者GPⅡb/Ⅲa及vWF的影响

Observation of Zeng Xie Tang and Sheng Xie San on Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura in Patients with the Impact of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and vWF

目的:观察增血汤联合生血散中药方对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者GPⅡb/Ⅲa及vWF的影响。方法:用增血汤联合生血散中药方治疗26例ITP患者,检测治疗前后血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa阳性表达率、vWF活性的变化,并与健康人进行对照。结果:治疗前ITP患者的GPⅡb/Ⅲa显著低于对照组,P<0.01;治疗前ITP患者vWF活性显著高于对照组,P<0.01;治疗前后ITP患者的GPⅡb/Ⅲa比较有显著差异,P<0.01;治疗前后ITP患者的vWF活性无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:增血汤联合生血散对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者GPⅡb/Ⅲa有影响,对vWF活性无明显影响。该中药方治疗ITP患者可能有效。

Objective：Observation of zeng xie tang and sheng xie san on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in patients with the impact of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and vWF.Methods：Zeng xie tang and sheng xie san treatment of 26 cases with ITP patients.Before and after treatment positive rate of platelet GPⅡb/Ⅲa,vWF activity changes.Were compared with the healthy group.Results：ITP patients before treatment was significantly lower than the control group,P0.01;ITP patients before treatment was significantly higher than the activity of vWF,P0.01;ITP patients before and after treatment GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a significant difference compared,P0.01;ITP patients before and after treatment vWF activity was not significantly different,P0.05.Conclusion：Zeng xie tang and sheng xie san for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） in patients with GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a influential,had no effect on vWF activity.The prescription therapy in ITP patients may be effective.
