HPLC法测定复方夏枯草片中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Xiakucao Complex Prescription Tablet by HPLC

目的：建立复方夏枯草片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件：色谱柱：U ltimate XB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：ACN（A）-0.2%H3PO4（B）,梯度洗脱;柱温：30℃;流速：1.0mL.m in-1,检测波长：326nm。结果：绿原酸在0.068~0.1814μg质量内线性关系良好;回收率在95.9%~103.3%之间,RSD=2.94%。结论：绿原酸的含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方夏枯草片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in complex prescription of MS tablet.Methods：The determinations were carried out on a Untimate XB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5m） column with acetonitrile（A）-0.2% phosphoric acid solution（8） as mobile phase;gradient elution：0-45min→A 2%/B 98%-A 36%/B 64%,45-60min→A 36% / B 64%-A 81%/B 19%.The column temperature was 30℃,and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The UV wavelength was 326nm.Results：The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was in good linearity over the range of 0.068~0.1814g,and the recovery was over 95.9%~103.3%（RSD=2.94%）.Conclusion： The method was proved to be simple,accurate,reproducible,and feasible,and can be used to the quality control of Xiakucao complex prescription tablet.
