鲁兆麟教授谈中医治学之道

Professor LU Zhao-lin's Opinion in Academic Pursuits in Chinese Medicine

北京中医药大学教授鲁兆麟出身于中医世家,在长达40多年的教学、科研及临床工作中,鲁教授倾心于中医人才培养,对中医治学之道颇有感触。他认为,一名中医人才的培养,离不开以下几个方面:发奋读书,夯实中医基础;勇于实践,理论联系实际;勤于思考,培养中医思维;师承名师,加快成长过程。鲁兆麟教授对中医治学之道的总结,一则是他个人的亲身体会,再则是他从古今名医的成长道路中总结出来的共性特点,而且,也是他对现在年轻一代中医学子的寄语和期望。

Professor LU Zhao-lin（Beijing University of Chinese Medicine） comes from a well-known family of Chinese medicine.In more than 40 years＇ teaching,scientific research and clinical work,Lu has been dedicating to talented people cultivation and has lots of thoughts and feelings in academic pursuits in Chinese medicine.He thinks,the training of a qualified personnel in Chinese Medicine must follow the rules： studying energetically and punning the basic theories of Chinese medicine,having the courage to practice and integrating theory with practice,not only being engaged but cultivating thoughts in Chinese medicine,inheriting the traditions from great masters and speeding up the growth.His summary in academic pursuits in Chinese medicine in one hand states his personal comprehension in Chinese medicine study,on the other hand is the summary of the commonness in the growth of the past and present famous doctors.Also it is the words and hopes he sends to the current young generation of students in Chinese medicine.
