泻心消痞汤治疗萎缩性胃炎96例临床观察——附养胃颗粒治疗32例对照

Treatment of 64 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by Xiexin Xiaopi Decoction——Attach:32 Cases by Medicinal Granules of Nourishing Stomach

目的:观察泻心消痞汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将128例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为两组。治疗组96例,其中64例采用中药祖传泻心消痞汤治疗,32例采用泻心消痞汤合养胃颗粒联合治疗;对照组32例,口服养胃颗粒。两组均以4周为1疗程,连用3个疗程。结果:中药组总有效率为85.9%,联合组为87.5%,对照组为75.0%,中药组与对照组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),联合组在泻心消痞汤与养胃颗粒合用后具有协同作用。结论:泻心消痞汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效较好,联合治疗后疗效确切,有进一步研究的临床价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xie xin xiao pi Decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Method：128 cases with CAG were divided into two groups randomly.64 of 96 cases in treatment group were given Xie xin xiao pi Decoction and 32 cases in treatment group were Union medication,given Xie xin xiao pi Decoction and medicinal granules of nourishing stomach.32 cases in control group were given medicinal granules of nourishing stomach.4 weeks as a period of treatment,two groups both used three periods of treatment continuously.Result：The totally effective rate of the treatment group was 85.9%,that of Union medication group was 87.5 %,while that of control group was 75.0 %;and there was a significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.The Union medication has coordination curative effect.Conclusion： The effect of Xie xin xiao pi Decoction treating CAG was good.The effect of the union medication was accurate.So the union medication has the further research clinical value.
