摘要
目的:建立简便易行的硫酸盐定量分析方法,以便药检单位有效控制中药饮片的质量。方法:以穿山甲和石斛为动物药和植物药样本代表,进行紫外分光光度测定法的建立,并将该方法广泛用于20多种含硫酸盐中药饮片的测定。结果:硫酸盐在5.0~250.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994);穿山甲硫酸盐含量为78.1mg.g-1,平均回收率(n=9)为99.2%;石斛硫酸盐含量为120.7mg.g-1,平均回收率(n=9)为98.8%。结论:本测定方法简便、快速,准确性和重复性好,具有推广于其它药检所的前景。
Objective:To develop a convenient method for determining the quantitative of Sulfate Adulterated in decoction pieces so as to control the quality.Methods:ChuanShanJia and ShiHu were selected as represents of different samples to establish the Spectrophotometry,meanwhile,the method was widely used in more than 20 decoction pieces.Results:The linear range of sulfate was 5.0~250.0μg(r=0.9994);The quantitative of sulfate adulterated in ChuanShanJia was 78.1 mg·g-1,The average recovery(n=9)was 99.2%;The quantitative of sulfate adulterated in ShiHu was 120.7 mg·g-1,The average recovery(n=9)was 98.8%.Concusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable for determination of sulfate adulterated in decoction pieces.It seems that the method has prospect to be manipulated by other drug control institutes.
