HPLC同时测定女宝胶囊中丹皮酚和丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量的方法学研究

Simultaneous Dtermination the Content of Paeonolum and Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Nübao Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立女宝胶囊中丹皮酚和丹参酮IIA的含量测定方法。方法：应用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL.m in-1,柱温30℃;检测波长274nm。结果：丹皮酚和丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围分别为0.008~0.080μg（r=0.9999）,0.00816~0.08160μg（r=0.9998）;平均加样回收率分别为99.62%（RSD=1.31%）,98.32%（RSD=1.50%）。结论：该方法简便易行、准确、重复性好,可用于女宝胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination the Content of Paeonolum and Tanshinone ⅡA in Nübao Capsules.Methods：HPLC was applied with the chromatographic condition as follows： The chromatographic column was Agilent-C18（4.6mm×150 mm,5μm） at 30℃;methanol-water as the mobile phrase,gradient elution;flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 274nm.Results： Linearity relationships were 0.008~0.080μg（r=0.9999）,0.00816~0.08160μg（r=0.9998）,respectively;the average recoveries were 99.62%（RSD=1.31%）,98.32%（RSD=1.50%）.Conclusion：The results showed that the method is simple,accurate and repeatable and it is suitable for simultaneous determination the content of Paeonolum and Tanshinone ⅡA in Nübao Capsules.
