彭氏眼针治疗后循环缺血的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Ocular Acupuncture Therapy to Vertebro-Basilar Artery Insufficiency

目的:观察彭氏眼针治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效。方法:将43例后循环缺血的患者随机分为观察组(21例)和对照组(22例),对照组予西比灵胶囊、舒血宁注射液以及对症支持疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用眼针疗法治疗,10天为1个疗程,治疗两个疗程后判断疗效。结果:观察组痊愈17例,好转3例,无效1例,总有效率为95.2%;对照组痊愈10例,好转8例,无效4例,总有效率为81.8%。观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针治疗后循环缺血疗效显著。

Objective： to observe the clinical curative effect of ocular acupuncture therapy to vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency.Method：To divide 43 patients into observation group（21 examples） and control group（22 examples） randomly.The control group is given Flunarizine gelatin capsule,ginkgo leaf injection and the relative maintenance therapy.The observation group is given all the treatment in the control group with an extra ocular acupuncture therapy.Ten days is one course of treatment,and the curative effect will be concluded after two courses of treatment.Result： In the observation group,17 patients are cured,three have improvements,one is ineffective.The total effective rate is 95.2%.In the control group,10 patients are cured,8 have improvements,4 are ineffective.The total effective rate is 81.8%.The observation group is apparently superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： ocular acupuncture therapy is an effective therapy to cure vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency.
